I have been involved in the food & nutrition Industry for over twenty years I am qualified as a Sports Nutritionist and Personal Trainer.
I have a wealth of knowledge and experience of food and how to eat a nutritious diet without ever feeling hungry.One of the greatest pleasures of working as a health & nutrition coach is watching my clients become healthier and happier as a result of my advice and guidance. By sharing my knowledge, I can assist my clients to achieve their goals of sustained weight loss or realise their sporting and fitness potential.I pride myself on offering you a flexible approach to nutrition advice and personal training that fits in with your schedule and finances to help you lose weight, get fit and feel great!
I have some great classes running at the voodoo gym that are perfect for both beginners and weight loss clients.
 
I haven’t always been healthy!
I have first hand experience with many of the fad diets that are out there on the market and can honestly say that they are a very unhealthy and unnatural way to lose weight and they can have the potential to make you very ill.
